NYC- A homeless man accused of killing another passenger on a subway train has been charged.
Alvin Charles, 43, was arrested Wednesday and charged with murder for the death of Tommy Bailey, 43, according to the NYPD.
Charles allegedly slashed Bailey during an argument on a southbound L train on Sept. 30, police said. Bailey later died from his injuries.
