Hulu has canceled a reality series that it was developing based in the life of Sean “Diddy” Combs and his family as the rapper faces multiple lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, abuse and sex trafficking.
The reality show was in the early stages of development with the title Diddy + 7. It was under James Corden’s production company when Hulu decided to shut down the production of the show.
The series was intended to focus on Diddy’s family’s business ventures in music and acting. Filming for the series had already begun in Miami and Los Angeles, according to Page Six.
This comes weeks after the music mogul was accused by his ex-singer and model Cassie, who accused him of raping her, physical abuse and sex trafficking during their 10-year relationship. He settled the suit no more than 24 hours later.
Three other women have come forward since then accusing Diddy of similar horrifying accusations.
He has denied all allegations.
