LOS ANGLES- ‘Ink Master’ star Daniel Silva has been charged with murder for the death of YouTuber Corey La Barrie.
26-year-old Silva was driving a 2020 McLaren 600LT with La Barrie in the passenger seat on May 10th, when according to authorities, Silva was speeding and lost control of the car.
The car slammed into a stop sign and then a tree. Silva allegedly attempted to flee the scene according to TMZ, but he was eventually caught by police. Silva was also drunk according to investigators.
La Barrie’s body took the brunt of the crash. He died later on at a Hospital on what was his 25th birthday and now his friend is being charged with killing him.
Silva has been charged with second-degree murder. If convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison.
