LOS ANGELES- ‘Ink Master’ Daniel Silva has been to jail, for the death of his friend, YouTuber Corey La Barrie.
Silva was sentenced on Tuesday to serve just 364 days in jail, 5 years of probation and 250 hours of community service for the deadly crash that killed La Barrie, according to Yahoo Entertainment.
Silva was initially charged with murder in connection with the deadly crash. He pleaded no contest in July to a felony count of gross vehicular manslaughter.

Silva was driving a 2020 McLaren 600LT at a high speed last May, when he lost control, running off a road and slamming into a tree. La Barrie was thrown out of the car.
Silva fled the scene, but was later stopped by witnesses.
La Barrie, was taken to a Hospital, where he later died from his injuries. It was his 25th birthday.
