HOUSTON, TX- Instagram influencer Alexis Sharkey died by strangulation, according to authorities.
The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences announced on Tuesday that the 26-year-old’s death has been ruled a homicide by strangulation, following her autopsy.
Sharkey’s nude body was found just 3 miles from her home, alongside a road by a sanitation worker on Nov. 28, two days after she was reported missing, as I reported.
There were no visible injuries when police found Sharkey’s body.
The day before Sharkey disappeared, she had spent Thanksgiving with her husband at their home before she stopped by a friends house for dinner.
No arrests have been made, and authorities say that they aren’t any suspects as of now.
