LOS ANGELES- Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro will not be charged with a felony in his recent domestic violence case.
According to People, the reality star is now facing a misdemeanor charge, after his case was handed down from the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office to the City’s Attorney’s Office.
There wasn’t suufeient evidence to charge the 33-year-old with a felony.
Ortiz-Magro was arrested on April 22 on suspicion of intimate partner violence with injuries and with priors. He was release later on that day on $100,000 bail.
