Judge Orders Rapper Blueface To Pay Las Vegas Strip Club Millions After Shooting

LAS VEGAS – A judge has ordered rapper Blueface to pay a strip club in Las Vegas more than $13 million in damages after a shooting in 2022.

The “Thoatiana” rapper, whose real name is Johathan Porter, was sentenced earlier this month to probation for a shooting that left a man injured outside of a strip club.

The victim was shot in his hand outside of the Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club off the Las Vegas strip, The victim said he was shot by the rapper after he joked with him about speaking to some females in a “cheap vehicle.”

Blueface was charged by prosecutors with attempted murder, but as part of his plea deal, his charges were lowered to battery and discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure.

The club filed a suit against Blueface in Dec. of 2022, citing “as a result of [Blueface’s negligence, willful, and/or reckless conduct, the club’s licenses were revoked],” on Oct. 14, 2022, according to KLAS.

The club sued Blueface, citing claims of indemnification, and contribution, nuisance, and declaratory relief. In an order filed Saturday, a judge ordered Blueface to pay lost revenue of $12.6 million, plus other damages, totaling almost $13.1 million, docs state, according to KLAS.
