Judge places custody hold on rapper Lit Yoshi

BATON ROUGE- A judge has placed a custody hold on rapper Lit Yoshi.

The rapper will remain in jail while he awaits his court hearing where a judge will decide whether to revoke his bond, reports WBRZ.

The rapper, whose real name is Mieyoshi Edwards, was arrested in Miami last week on a warrant in connection to a shooting. His friend, rapper Fredo Bang, who was also arrested on an out-of-state warrant.

Edwards’s motion hearing on whether his $1.82 million bond will be revoked, was scheduled for Monday, but the rapper has to remain behind bars until Aug. 31, according to WBRZ.
