Jussie Smollett took advantage of the Osundario brothers, according to their attorney

According to the lawyer who’s been defending the Osunadario brothers,  Abindola “Abel” Osundairo and Olabinjo “Ola” Osundairo, “Empire” star Jussie Smollett, who had the help of the brothers in staging a fake attack, paid them with a $3500 check as payment for a personal training program, but it was also intended a nuanced way for their roles in the fake attack.

Their attorney, Gloria Schmidt sat down with George Stephanopoulos from GMA and told him “They were paid for the training . . . but they were also asked to do this favor for him,” she said.

Schmidt also added that the brothers were taken advantage of buy Smollett, saying “My clients were just taken advantage of by someone they trusted.”

She also said that the brothers are trying to “piece their lives together.”
