Singer Justin Timberlake took to social media to mourn the death of his backup singer Nicole Hurst.
The singer posted a slideshow on Instagram with photos and videos of Hurst on Friday.
Timberlakes caption read “Nicole lit up every room she walked into. On and off the stage she was a constant source of joy and positivity”, adding “Nicole, it’s not enough to say that I am going to miss you dearly. Thank you for your light. I will do my best to carry that with me. I love you, my sister. Forever family and forever a TN Kid. 💔.”
There is no cause of death for Hurst.
The 39-year-old singer was diagnosed with breast cancer, and revealed that after remission, the cancer spread to her brain in 2019.
