HARLEM- A man has been arrested for the strangulation of a woman who lived n East Harlem.
Police responded to a call about a dispute, and when they went inside of the home, they found Tania Gonzalo, 48, unresponsive and unconscious. She was later pronounced dead.
34-year-old Daniel Arlequin, who lived in the same building as the victim was arrested and charged with murder, assault and criminal contempt on Sunday.
