QUEENS, N.Y.,- A third teenager has been arrested in connection to the beat down of an elderly man.
The teen, whose name can’t be released due to the fact that he’s a minor, helped in brutally beating 79-year-old Joseph Bonaventure on Oct. 1, outside of a Cambria Heights Queens library.
18-year-old Nyziere Lodge, a 15-year-old boy who were caught earlier this week and the third suspect have all been charged with gang assault and disorderly conduct.
Lodge was arraigned in Court on Monday and was ordered to be held on $20,000 bail.
The victim told The Daily News that he was trying to walk past the group of cowards when one yelled “Let’s get him!.” He said they then chased him and beat him.

The brutal beat down was recorded on a cell phone footage which was released by the NYPD on Friday.
