TENNESSEE- According to WREG.com, John Conner III, who’s known for being on the show “Bring It”, was sentenced to prison on Friday for raping a 16-year-old teenage boy and giving him HIV.
Conner was sentenced to just 9 months for having sex with the teen victim that he met through a social media app back in 2005, and exposing him to HIV.
The teenager later tested positive for HIV because of Conner.
Conner met the teen through a social media app in 2005 according to prosecutors.
Conner pleaded guilty back in Nov. to statutory rape, criminal exposure to HIV and rape by an authority figure and solicitation of a minor.
WREG says that Conner was sentenced to 9 months in prison and four years of probation. He will also have to register as a sex offender when he is released from prison.
