Kanye West Calls Police On Paparazzi After They ‘Challenged Him To Fight’, Report

LOS ANGELES- Kanye West called police after paparazzi allegedly followed him and “challenged him to a fight.”

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office in Hollywood said that Kanye, whose legal name is Ye, was “contacted” by paparazzi as he left Sunset Boulevard on Tuesday around 5 or 6 p.m., according to Page Six.

The photographers allegedly got into a verbal argument with [West] and challenged him to fight,” according to the watch sergeant, reports Page Six.

Afterwards, West and a few individuals who were “hanging out with him” went to the sheriff’s station to ask for their help.

Page Six confirms that a criminal report was created and there is an active investigation into the incident, and no arrests have been made.

Ye has been known for getting into multiple incidents with paparazzi, even being accused of alleged battery/assault, damage to property.

This is his second incident with paps this month alone.

He was caught on cellphone footage throwing a woman’s phone on the ground as she filmed him from her vehicle.
