LOS ANGELES- Kanye West will not be facing charges for allegedly punching a fan in the face back in Jan.
The city’s attorney told The Post that after careful review, their office has declined to file charges against Kanye based on “no reasonable likelihood of conviction.”
The incident happened on the morning of Jan 13. when West reportedly gotten into an argument with the fan, after he asked for an autograph.
The argument allegedly turned physical as the fan was with his then-girlfriend.
Video of the incident showed the man lying on the floor, yelling at a staff member.
