Kanye West Will Not Face Battery Charges After Throwing Woman’s Phone

Kanye West will not be facing battery charges after throwing a woman’s phone.

The incident stems from January when the rapper, whose legal name is Ye, was in a rage in the middle of the street shouting at the paparazzi in one vehicle before he’s seen confronting a woman in her car.

The woman was filming the rapper from the driver’s seat before Ye can be seen going up to her window and shouting “Stop with your cameras,” before he grabs her phone and throws it.

West was reportedly upset, accusing the paparazzi of filming him while at a basketball game for his daughter North.

But it’ unclear if the woman was a paparazzi, or just a fan.

West’s new wifey was in their car, with her phone in hand, looking down as he was throwing another tantrum.

The LAPD began an investigation for battery against the rapper after obtaining the video.

On Wednesday, the Ventura Co. District Attorney’s Office said that the alleged victim declined to press charges against the conversional rapper, according to TMZ.

West only caused damage to the woman’s $30 phone case.
