INGLEWOOD, CALI- Rapper YG’s home was served by the Los Angeles Police dept on Thursday.
According to ABC News, homicide detectives went to his Inglewood home to serve the warrant, but he wasn’t home at the time.
YG’s vehicle was involved in a chase that ended with a deadly shooting that took place on July 3rd.
The rapper claims that despite the vehicle belonging to him, he was nowhere near the scene of the shooting. He tweeted “I was nowhere near the scene of this incident, I was in Hollywood recording in the studio all day. I was there until after midnight on the 4th of July and didn’t learn of these events until after they happened!.”
