LAS VEGAS- A man with devil horns tattooed on his head was arrested and charged with murder Monday, police said.
Officers responded around 2:30 p.m. to a report about an injured person, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said Tuesday in a news conference.
Police found the body of a deceased female once inside of the residence.
Investigators learned that James Gina III, 50, was the victim’s girlfriend and was named a suspect, according to reports.
Gina was booked on charges of open murder involving a deadly weapon and owning/possessing a gun by a prohibited person.
He’s currently being held without bail.
