ROYAL OAK, Mich.- A concert goer is suing rapper Swae Lee from the rap duo Rae Sremmurd, after he says he was injured when the rapper decided to throw a bottle that hit his face.
Geffery Gleason claims in a civil lawsuit that he attended a concert back in 2016 at the Royal Oak Music Theatre when Swae Lee allegedly threw a bottle of water 20 feet into the air, which hit Gleason in his nose, causing him to suffer a broken nose and 6 stitches.
Swae Lee has denied throwing anything at that show, and says that in fact he never throws any items, but there seems to be a little issue, which is the fact that Swae Lee has been seen on video tossing things into the crowd. In one video, he’s even seen throwing an entire Pineapple into a crowd.
Swae Lee says that he actually plans to counter sue Gleason.
The civil lawsuit was set to place on Tuesday.
