ATLANTA- According to a medical examiner’s report that TMZ obtained, reality star Ms. Minnie was at fault for her death.
Documents state that an investigation into the accident shows ‘Little Women’: Atlanta star Ms.Minnie went off a road briefly before she made a violent turn to the left of her lane, crashing into another car.
Police also say that due to the investigation showing Ms. Minnie, whose real name is Ashley Ross, was at fault, an autopsy will not be conducted.
Drug and alcohol tests weren’t given to the drivers.
