CALIFORNIA- A live homemade bomb was dropped off in front of an elementary school on Tuesday, according to police.
Police responded to the Ethel I. Baker Elementary School around 8 a.m. after a school employee found a suspicious device near the school, KOVR reports.
Deputies also found a homemade gun at the scene.
An explosives team were able to remove the devices safely.
Teachers and students evacuated from the school.
There have been no arrests and there is an ongoing investigation.
