PORTLAND- A man was arrested after allegedly killing his twin brother outside of a hotel Sunday.
Martre Oliver, 26, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals Wednesday in connection with the murder of his twin brother, Martese Oliver, according to Portland Police, reports FOX12 Oregon.
Police say Martese Oliver was found with a gunshot wound before 3:30 a.m. on Sunday outside of the Howard Johnson hotel.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A medical examiner determined Oliver died from a gunshot wound and ruled his death a homicide.
Martre Oliver was charged with second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
