MICHIGAN- A man is being accused of sexually assaulting his elderly neighbor.
MLive.com reports that Dejon Dejor Lynn, 25, was arrested by police on Saturday for sexually assaulting his 96-year-old neighbor on August 4th.
Police that Lynn climbed into the victims window, and sexually assaulted her.
Police processed evidence from the victim’s home in a lab, which led them to get a warrant for Lynn, who was hiding in another location.
Lynn has been with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and first-degree home invasion in the attack.
