MICHIGAN- A man is accused of shooting his 6-year-old neighbor after the boy attempted to retrieve his bike from the suspects yard on Sunday.
Ryan Le-Nguyen was arrested and charged with assault with intent to murder.
The 6-year-old boy, Coby Daniel, and his father, told Fox 2 that Le-Nquyen first confronted the boy outside of his home with a sledgehammer.
Le-Nquyen then went back inside of his home and allegedly shot the boy from inside of his window.
The boy was struck in his arm.
Le-Nguyen’s bond was set at $10,000, but he was released.
