Man Accused Of Throwing Feces On Woman Released On Bail; Rearrested In Hate Crime

NYC- A man accused of smearing human feces on a woman at a subway station has been arrested after he was released on bail.

Frank Abrokwa, 37, was arrested for his alleged connection in a anti-Semitic assault in September, police say.

Abrokwa is accused of spitting on a Jew and making bias statements to the man.

Abrokwa was caught on subway video footage smearing feces on a woman’s face as she sat and waited at a Bronx subway station in an unprovoked attack.

A judge released Abrokwa without bail but was turned over to detectives.

He’s been charged with menacing and harassment, which are both hate crimes.

Abrokwa has a history of subway-related attacks. He allegedly punched a 30-year-old man on a subway platform at 125th Street in Harlem. He was also accused of allegedly punching a 53-year-old man at the Port Authority Bus Terminal on Feb. 3, reports abc7.
