Man arrested, accused of raping a child

NY- (WRGB) A man has been arrested and charged for the rape if a child.

According to police, they responded to a an investigation about a sexual offense on April 9th, but 41-year-old Todd Buchas had fled the scene.

He was soon arrested and charged with rape, predatory sexual assault of a child, sexual abuse and acting in a manner to injure a child.

The female victim was under 13 years of age.
