Man Arrested After Allegedly Burglarizing Drake’s Los Angeles Home

LOS ANGELES- An alleged burglar has been arrested after breaking into Drake’s Los Angeles home on Thursday night, authorities said.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed Friday that officers were called to the rapper’s home around 9 p.m. to the 9900 block of Kip Drive in Beverly Hills after a report of a possible burglary, reports the Los Angeles Times.

When officers arrived, a security guard on the scene who called police about the break-in told them that an unknown man white male had “an authorized entry into the property,” the LAPD aid Friday, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Officers reviewed security camera footage and were able to identify the alleged suspect, who was later detained near Drake’s property. He was booked for burglary.

It’s unclear what the unidentified suspect stole from Drake’s home.

Drake wasn’t home at the time, because he was attending rapper Lil Yachty’s album release party with rapper’s Offset and more.
