GEORGIA- A man was arrested after police say he allegedly shot into a vehicle with his baby and ex-girlfriend inside.
Marcus Calhoun, 25, allegedly shot at the car on Aug. 11 after confronting his ex-girlfriend and baby in a park. Police say he violated a restraining order his ex had against him when he approached her, reports Fox News.
The woman and baby were unharmed.
Calhoun attempted to get on a bus and flee to Alabama, but was arrested in Georgia. He was allegedly in possession of a weapon during his arrest, according to authorities, according to Fox News.
Calhoun was reportedly charged with two counts of aggravated assault, battery (family violence), robbery by snatching, theft by taking and obstructing a 911 call.
