KENTUCKY- A man has been arrested after he posted a disturbing video of him choking a 2-year-old, according to police.
Benjamin Franklin, 23, was arrested Thursday after the toddler’s mother brought the boy to a hospital for him to get medical treatment for injuries he suffered on his face and neck, according to WAVE.
The woman said she was at work when people began to call her, telling her that Franklin had shared a video of himself on social media, which showed him holding the boy by his neck before slamming him onto a bed.
Franklin was charged with criminal abuse of a child under 12 and strangulation, according to the outlet.
It’s unclear what Franklin’s relationship was with the boy’s mother.
