Man Arrested In Harlem Shooting That Killed Alberto “Alpo” Martinez

NYC- Police have arrested a man accused of killing drug kingpin “Alpo”.

27-year-old Shakeem Parker was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the Nov. fatal shooting of Alberto “Alpo” Martinez.

Martinez, 55, was shot five times near West 147th St. and Fredrick Douglass Blvd.

Alpo, a Harlem drug kingpin, testified for the F.E.D.S to avoid a longer sentence in a drug trafficking case.

Police first identified Alpo as Abraham Rodriguez, which was the name given to him by the witness protection program after he was released from prison, reported the New York Daily News.
