TEXAS- A man has been charged for the death of his 7-year-old brother.
Police found 7-year-old Jacob Gabriel Brito, with multiple stab wounds on Saturday in his home. He was rushed to a near-by Hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Police say the victim’s brother, Isidro Brito Bruno, was arrested outside of the home, with self-inflicted stab wounds.
Bruno has been charged with Capital murder.
The Star-Telegram reports that Bruno had an upcoming hearing in Sept. for assault with bodily injury charge involving a relative at the same home where he murdered his brother.
Brito Bruno, meanwhile, had been scheduled to appear for a virtual hearing on Sept. 29 for a previous assault with bodily injury charge involving a relative at the same home where Jacob was stabbed, the Star-Telegram reports.
Investigators have no motive as of now.
