CHICAGO- Police arrested a man accused of beating an off-duty officer, and biting his friends nipple off during a road rage incident Sunday night.
Kyle Clark, 35, was driving his black Volkswagen Jetta when he sideswiped a vehicle, carrying the off-duty officer and his friend, reports CWB Chicago.
The off-duty officer and his friend, pulled up next to Clark’s vehicle and ordered him to pull over so they could file a crash report. The officer claims he idebtified himself to Clark as an officer.
Once all three men were out of their vehicles, Clark allegedly punched the off-duty officer in his face twice, and when the officers friend attempted to help, Clark allegedly bit off his nipple, a report states.
The off-duty officers friend was taken to a Hospital for treatment.
Clark was arrested and charged on Sunday with a lead charge of aggravated assault on a peace officer.
