WASHINGTON- A man is accused of boarding a bus and fatally stabbing the bus driver in front of 35 students.
Joshua Davis, 34, has been charged in the death of 72-year-old Richard Lenhart, according to Pasco Police.
Police say that Lenhart had just picked up 35 students on Friday at Longfellow Elementary School when Davis forced his way into the bus and the stabbed Lenhart several times, according to local reports.
Lenhart left his foot off the brake while he was being attacked, and crashed in the school’s parking lot.
Lenhart was pronounced dead at a Hospital.
There is known motive at this time.
Davis is being held on bail for $1 million.
