UPSTATE NY- An upstate man was busted with over 400 pounds of Marijuana edibles, and more after a being stopped by police.
Lindsay Miranda, 21, of Hudson Valley, was pulled over by police for a traffic violation on Wednesday, and was busted with 400 pounds in THC edibles that included Pop Rocks-style candy, chocolate bars, $8000 in cash was taken and two pounds of regular Marijuana, according to a press conference.
Miranda was charged with felony second-degree criminal possession of Marijuana, and was later released on his own recognizance.
Unfortunately, it’s still illegal in the state of New York to have possession of recreational Marijuana in any form.
