Man Busted With Coke And Meth Wrapped Around Penis; Says It Wasn’t His

FLORIDA – A man was arrested after police found cocaine and meth taped to his penis, telling police that the drugs weren’t his.

Pinellas County Sheriff’s deputies said they stopped a vehicle driving without lights around 4 a.m. last Saturday.

Patrick Florence, 34, was allegedly in the passenger’ seat of the car. Police searched the vehicle and allegedly found a gun under Florence’s seat before searching him.

It was during the search that officers found drugs “wrapped around his penis” in two plastic bags. Florence told police that the drugs didn’t belong to him.

He was charged with four felonies that included possession of cocaine, meth, ammunition and a firearm.
