MICHIGAN- A man has been charged after brutally beating his elderly roommate.
Jaden Hayden, 20, was arrested by police for the brutal beating of his 75-year-old roommate at a nursing home.
Hayden recorded himself repeatably punching Norman Bledsoe, and then posted the video on social media. He also stole several credit cards from the victim.
This caught the attention of Trump, who went on Tweeted about the assault on Thursday. Soon after that, Detroit police arrested Hayden.
Hayden was charged on Sunday with two counts of assault, two counts of stealing a financial transaction device and larceny. His bond has been set at $30,000.
