MEMPHIS- A man has been arrested after he allegedly set his girlfriend on fire because she wanted to break-up with him.
Police say Kenneth Upshaw, 38, allegedly poured gasoline on his girlfriend and set her on fire with a lit cigarette.
The woman is recovering at a Hospital with second-degree burns to her face, chest, neck and arms, reports WREG.
Upshaw has been charged with with second-degree murder, despite the victim surviving.
