CLARKSVILLE (WKRN)- A man been arrested and charged for the rape of a 12-year-old girl.
18-year-old Joseph Hosler was charged after detectives discovered that he had numerous sexual acts with the minor.
Holser was also in possession of child pornography.
Holser has been charged with 18 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and false reporting. He’s being held on a $300,000 bond.
