According to investigators, Lucious and Nelson met on the dating app “Plenty Of Fish” and made plans to meet each other.
A friend of Lucious told police that she was planning on meeting someone at the apartment, and that he was awoken by the sound of gunshots.
He took photos of Nelson’s car and dialed 911.
Authorities were able to track Nelson down by going through Lucious’ phone.
