BROOKLYN, NY- An ex-con has been charged in the fatal stabbing of a 15-year-old boy.
Police charged Elvird Joseph, 48, with manslaughter and weapons possession for killing Tory Lovick on Thursday after the victim refused to move his double-parked car, reports The New York Daily News.
Joseph stabbed Lovick in the chest during a fight.
When first responders arrived at the scene, Lovick was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Joseph was involved in a deadly shooting in 1998.
