Man charged with raping 13-year-old girl after she gives birth
PENNSYLVANIA- A man is facing rape charges, after police received a tip that he impregnated a 13-year-old.
According to a news release from the Lehigh County D.A.’s office, Adrian Villanueva-Pabon, 21, was charged on Wednesday with rape of a child and statutory sex assault.
Authorities began their investigation in April, after they were tipped off through a Childline hotline that a 13-year-old had given birth and the father was an adult.
Police discovered that Villanueva-Pabon is the father of the teen’s baby, and she was 12-years-old when he impregnated her.
Villanueva-Pabon bail was set at $75,000 on Wednesday.
