KENTUCKY- Authorities arrested 33-year-old Andrew Buster on Monday, 3 years after killing and sodomizing a 3-year-old girl he was supposed to care for.
According to WKYT-TV, Buster was babysitting 3-year-old Lillyann Grace Reck on December 10, 2018, when police say they received a call about an unresponsive child. The toddler was taken to the Hospital, where she died several days later from the injuries she sustained from Buster.
The medical examiners ruled her death a homicide.
Buster was babysitting Reck while her mother was at work.
There was a delay in Buster’s arrest because police say that they were waiting for the results of DNA evidence.
Buster is being held in jail on a $1 million bond.
He”ll be appearing in court on Feb. 4.
