TAMPA, FLORIDA- A man has been charged after getting inside of a McDonald’s drive-thru and attacking the manager.
Police say that My-chael Jordan, 33, busted the window to the fast food restaurant on Memorial Day, climbed inside and “grabbed and pulled” Patricia Minder, The Smoking Gun reported.
When police arrived at the scene, Jordan was tasered by police, after he allegedly resisted arrest.
According to an affidavit obtained by The Smoking Gun, Jordan allegedly spit, leaving two officers with cuts.
Jordan had caused a “disturbance” at the McDonalds’s, and refused to leave.
Jordan has been charged with burglary, (with assault or battery).
