A man has passed away after he was caught stealing in a Shop & Stop in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The unknown victim who was 51 years old was caught attempting to exit the store with stolen food, when three employees rushed over to him. According to CBS NY, a Witness says the victim dropped the food, and told the employees, “You have the stuff, let me go”, as a female manager told him, he “wasn’t f*cking going anywhere”. The female manager who was overweight according to the witness sat on the victim, along with two males employees as he shouted that he couldn’t breathe and also had a heart condition, but all three employees continued to sit on on the victim. A customer who saw what was taking place offered to pay for what the victim had stolen, but the employees did not allow her to do so, and said they were waiting for N.Y.P.D.. The F.D.N.Y says the victim died from Cardiac arrest, after they rushed him to Kings County Hospital. I do hope that these employees are fired for using excessive force on this man, who life was taken over food..
