TEXAS- A grand jury indicted a man for the death of rapper Takeoff Thursday.
Patrick Clark, 33, was charged in connection to the Atlanta’s rapper’s death in December.
In the arraignment document, the state claim Clark “unlawfully intentionally and knowingly commit the felony offense of Deadly Conduct by knowingly discharging a firearm at and in the direction of Takeoff,” according to CNN.
Takeoff, 28, was shot and killed at a private party at 810 Billiards and Bowling in Houston on Nov. 1. An argument ensued after a dice game which led to the shooting, police said. A second man was arrested. Cameron Joshua was arrested and charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon in relation to the shooting.
Clark is currently being held on $ million bond.
