HARLEM, N.Y.- An NYPD officer suffered a broken wrist on Friday at the 125th Street station in Harlem after a man kicked her onto the tracks.
The officers approached the man around 3:00 a.m. after he jumped the turnstile.
When officers approached 25-year-old Anquando Johnson to tell him to leave, he refused and things went left when he allegedly became hostile. The officers decided to arrest Johnson, who allegedly headbutted one officer and kicked another one.
Johnson kicked a female officer onto the subway tracks, and she was helped by some bystanders. She suffered a broken wrist. The incident was actually caught on camera.
Johnson was charged with assaulting a police officer, theft and reckless endangerment.
