NEW JERSEY- A man has been arrested and charged after kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy he met at a park.
According to prosecutors, Robert Harper, 54, allegedly invited the unidentified teen to his home, and the boy went voluntarily, but then Harper “barricaded” the teen in his home and sexually assaulted him before he was able to escaped, The New York Post reports.
The boy fled from the home and went to a local police precinct to report what had happened.
Harper was charged on Friday with first-degree kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sexual contact.
