TEXAS- A man has been charged with murder, after following his ex-girlfriend and killing her on a freeway.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office announced on it’s Facebook page, that 21-year-old Mann Austin Hayes, was wanted for fatally shooting his ex-girlfriend, after he followed her in his vehicle.

Julie Dela Garza, 20, was shot in her head, on Sunday.
Garza’s boyfriend took her to a nearby Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
Hayes’ white Toyota, was found at a parking lot on a road. ABC13 reports. He was initially charged with aggravated assault, but since De La Garza has died, he’s now been charged with murder.
He appeared in front of a judge on Thursday.
