CALIFORNIA- A man high off of Meth is accused of breaking into the Redwood City jail last week.
33-year-old Moises Dona Robles allegedly climbed a fence and entered the jail through a second-floor patio. An officer thought he was an inmate, until he noticed his plain clothes and began questioning him.
Robles was arrested.
