ATLANTA- A man was shot multiple times at an Atlanta Cook Out drive-thru Tuesday night, according to police.
Police responded to a report of a shooting around 11:30 p.m. at the restaurant and found the male victim with multiple gunshot wounds, WSB-TV reports.
Police determined that the suspect, identified as Julian Flakes, had threatened to harm himself and others, the outlet reported.
Flakes was found hiding behind the restaurant and was taken into custody without incident.
Police said Flakes was in possession of a handgun during his arrest.
The victim survived the shooting and was placed in stable condition.
There is an ongoing investigation into the shooting.
